At SuperCaptainBraveMan.com, we want you to feel super confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

Customers in the United States may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Sorry, international orders may not be returned.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as worn apparel or opened media) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads or e-books

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@SuperCaptainBraveMan.com with your order number and details.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Ship your item back using the provided address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item back in eligible condition.
